The vCard to CSV Converter reads a .vcf contact file — versions 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 — and lays every contact out as a spreadsheet row with names, numbers, emails and addresses in their own columns.
A phone backup, an email export or a contact someone sent you arrives as a .vcf file, which is fine for importing into another phone and useless for anything else. Opening one in a text editor shows BEGIN:VCARD and a wall of field codes, and opening it in Excel shows a single column of nonsense.
Paste or drop the file and get a proper table: full name, first and last name, company, job title, email, mobile, work and home numbers, street, city, postcode, country, birthday, website and notes — one row per contact. vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 are all read, including quoted-printable encoded names from old phones, folded long lines and escaped commas. Column names can match a Google Contacts export so the result imports straight back, and the whole thing runs in your browser, which matters when the file is your entire address book.

Quoted-printable names such as Caf=C3=A9 are decoded properly.
Mobile, work and home numbers each get their own column.
Switch to Google Contacts column names for a straight re-import.

Every contact is listed underneath before you take the file.
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import it into another service.
Yes. A .vcf export usually holds every contact in one file, and each BEGIN:VCARD block becomes its own row.
Mobile, work and other numbers each get their own column. Two numbers of the same kind stay in one cell, separated by a semicolon, so nothing is lost.
That is quoted-printable encoding, which vCard 2.1 uses for accented text. It is decoded here, so the name comes out as it should.
No. A photo is binary data embedded in the card and there is nothing sensible a spreadsheet can do with it, so those fields are skipped.
