Turn CMYK print percentages into RGB and HEX for screens.
The CMYK to RGB Converter turns cyan, magenta, yellow and black percentages into RGB and HEX with a live swatch, accepts pasted CMYK values, and warns when total ink coverage is too heavy to print.
Brand guidelines, print specs and packaging artwork often give a colour only in CMYK, and the website, app or presentation that uses the same brand needs RGB or HEX. Guessing the screen equivalent by eye is how a company ends up with three slightly different shades of its own blue.
Set cyan, magenta, yellow and black with the boxes or sliders, or paste a CMYK value in percentages or fractions. The converter shows the RGB and HEX at once with a live swatch, and lists the same colour as HSL, HSV, OKLCH and CIELAB with its contrast against white and black. It warns when total ink coverage passes the 300 percent most presses allow.
Adjust each ink by dragging or typing exact percentages.
cmyk() with percentages or plain fractions are read and split into the four inks.
The colour updates as you move a slider, with its HEX on the swatch.
Coverage above 300% is flagged, because presses cannot dry that much ink.
HSL, HSV, OKLCH and CIELAB of the result, each ready to copy.
Type C, M, Y and K percentages or drag the sliders.
cmyk(0%, 47%, 100%, 0%) and 0 0.47 1 0 are both accepted.
The screen colour appears with a swatch and every other notation.
A warning appears when coverage is too heavy to print cleanly.
R = 255 × (1 − C) × (1 − K), G = 255 × (1 − M) × (1 − K) and B = 255 × (1 − Y) × (1 − K), with each percentage written as a fraction.
Only approximately. Printed colour depends on paper and profile, so use the result for screens and check print against a physical proof.
The sum of the four percentages. Above about 300% the ink may not dry and can smear, so most printers set a limit.
It is — RGB 0, 0, 0. In print, designers often use a rich black such as 60/40/40/100 for a deeper result on large areas.
