Plain terms for a free site. Use the tools for anything lawful, and understand that they are provided as they are.
Agreement to these terms
ToolQivo (toolqivo.com) is operated by ToolQivo. It is free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, with no account and no attribution required. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree to them, please stop using it.
These terms should be read alongside our privacy policy and disclaimer, which form part of the same agreement.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 13 years old to use ToolQivo, and old enough to enter an agreement where you live. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
What you may not do
- Use the tools to process content you do not have the right to process.
- Use the site to produce unlawful material, or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or overwhelm it with automated requests.
- Scrape or republish the site's pages and content wholesale as your own.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or rebrand the site or its tools as a service of your own.
- Interfere with the advertising on the site in a way that generates invalid activity, or encourage anyone to click ads.
- Use the contact form to send bulk, automated or unsolicited commercial messages.
We may restrict or block access where any of this happens, without notice, for as long as it takes to stop it.
Your content
You keep every right in whatever you put into a tool. We claim nothing, and in practice we never receive it — the processing happens in your browser, as described in our privacy policy. Because nothing is uploaded, we cannot recover work for you: save anything you need before closing the tab.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We work to make each one correct, but we do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete or fit for your purpose. Check anything important before you rely on it, particularly output from the calculators.
Not professional advice
The calculators are informational. The BMI calculator in particular is a screening indicator, not a medical diagnosis, and nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter. The disclaimer sets this out in full.
Advertising and third-party links
The site carries third-party advertising, which is what pays for it. Advertisements are selected by our advertising partner rather than by us, and their appearance is not an endorsement. Pages may also link to other websites we do not control. Any dealing you have with an advertiser or a linked site is between you and them, on their terms and under their privacy policy. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ToolQivo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profit, lost savings or business interruption, whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise. The site is free; this limit is the trade-off that makes offering it possible. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
If your use of the site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Availability
We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where a tool is withdrawn we try to leave the page in place with an explanation rather than breaking a link someone shared.
Intellectual property
The site's name, design, written content and code belong to ToolQivo. Output you generate with the tools is yours. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, our DMCA and copyright policy explains how to tell us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If part of these terms fails
If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, with the privacy policy and disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revision. Questions go to toolqivo@gmail.com.
