About the Invoice Watermark Generator

A watermark is how a document says what it is not. COPY means it is not the original and should not be paid again. DRAFT means it is not final. SAMPLE means it is not real. CONFIDENTIAL means it should not be forwarded. On an invoice, every one of those prevents a specific and expensive mistake.

This adds a diagonal watermark across every page of an existing PDF invoice, or across an invoice you build here. Choose the text, the colour, the opacity and the angle; the watermark is drawn into the PDF itself rather than overlaid as an annotation, so it prints, survives being forwarded, and cannot be switched off in a PDF viewer.

Your PDF is opened and modified in your browser. It is never uploaded — which matters, because a PDF invoice is precisely the document you would not want to send to a watermarking service.
