Read scanned invoices into CSV rows your accounting system can import.

Invoice OCR to CSV reads scanned invoices and writes CSV that imports cleanly — your choice of delimiter, date format and encoding, fields quoted properly, and a row per invoice or per line item.
CSV is what accounting systems import, and it is unforgiving: the wrong delimiter, a comma inside a supplier name, a date in the wrong order, and the import either fails or — worse — succeeds with the columns shifted.
Drop your scans and this reads them with OCR, pulls out the fields, and writes CSV that imports cleanly: fields quoted where they need to be, a delimiter you choose, an optional BOM so Excel opens UTF-8 correctly, and dates in a format you pick rather than whatever the invoice used.
Choose a row per invoice or a row per line item, and the columns follow. Everything happens in your browser — no upload, no account, no per-page charge.
Comma, semicolon or tab; ISO, UK or US dates.
So Excel opens accented names correctly.
A comma in a supplier name cannot shift the columns.
Per invoice, or per line item.
Nothing is uploaded.
Scans, photos or PDFs, one or many.
Comma, semicolon or tab, and the date format.
The exact rows, before you download.
And import it into your accounting system.
A comma for most systems; a semicolon where the regional settings use a comma as the decimal separator, which is most of continental Europe.
Excel assumes the local codepage unless a UTF-8 byte-order mark is present. Turn the BOM option on and accented names open correctly.
Per invoice for a payment run or a supplier reconciliation; per line item for spend analysis or coding to nominal accounts.
No. OCR and the CSV both happen in your browser.
