Invoice Barcode Generator
A Code 128 or Code 39 barcode of the invoice number, for scanning and filing.
Draw or upload a signature and put it on the invoice above your name.
Draw inside the box. The stroke is trimmed to its edges and placed above your name on the invoice.
The Invoice Generator with Signature has a signature pad — draw with a mouse, trackpad or finger, or upload an image — and prints the signature above your name and title, as tax invoices across much of Asia, the Gulf and Africa expect.
Some invoices have to be signed. An authorised signature is expected on tax invoices across India, Bangladesh, the Gulf and much of Africa, on commercial invoices for customs, and on any invoice a customer’s finance team treats as a formal demand. Printing, signing, scanning and emailing a PDF to add one is a ten-minute detour for a two-second job.
This builder has a signature pad. Draw with a mouse, a trackpad or a finger on a phone, and the stroke is smoothed and trimmed to its edges so it sits neatly above the signature rule. Or upload an image of a signature you already have. Either way it appears above your name and title on the printed invoice and in the PDF.
The signature is drawn and stored in your own browser. A signature image is a sensitive thing to hand to a website, and here it is never sent anywhere.

Everything as normal — details, client, lines and terms.
In the pad, with a mouse, trackpad or finger. Clear and redraw as often as you like.

In the UK, EU, US and Australia, generally no. In India a tax invoice requires a signature or digital signature, and signed invoices are expected across much of South Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and on commercial invoices for customs.
An image of a signature on an invoice is an ordinary electronic signature and is accepted for most commercial purposes. Where a qualified or digital certificate signature is legally required — some e-invoicing regimes — an image is not a substitute.
It is stored in this browser only, with the invoice draft, so it is there next time. It is never sent to a server.
Draw it here with a finger on a phone, which gives the most natural stroke, or sign on white paper, photograph it in good light, and remove the background before uploading.
