Multi-Currency Invoice Generator
One invoice, two currencies: bill in theirs and report in yours.
An invoice with a PayPal.me link that already contains the amount and currency.
The Invoice Generator with PayPal builds a PayPal.me link from your username and the invoice’s balance due in its currency, so the customer lands on a payment already filled in — with a warning when PayPal.me cannot receive that currency.
For freelancers and small sellers with international customers, PayPal is often the payment method the customer already has — and a PayPal.me link is the simplest way to take it. The link format can carry an amount and a currency, so the customer lands on a payment page with the right figure already entered, rather than typing it and getting it wrong.
This builder builds that link from your PayPal.me username and the invoice’s balance due, in the invoice’s currency, and prints it on the invoice. Change a line and the amount in the link changes with it. A QR code of the same link is available for printed invoices.
It also says what PayPal costs, because the fee on a cross-border PayPal payment is noticeably higher than a bank transfer and it comes out of what you receive. Nothing connects to PayPal from here, and no login is needed.
The customer pays the right figure rather than roughly it.
Change a line and the link changes with it.
Flags currencies PayPal.me cannot receive.
The same link as a scannable code.
Only your public PayPal.me name is used.
The part after paypal.me/ in your link.
The link picks up the balance due and the currency.
PayPal supports a set list of currencies; the builder warns if yours is not one.
The same link as a scannable code.
The customer opens PayPal with the amount already entered.
Yes. The format paypal.me/username/25USD opens a payment for 25 US dollars. The currency code is appended to the amount.
The major ones — USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, SGD and around twenty more. Taka, rupees and several other currencies cannot be received through PayPal.me, which the builder flags.
The recipient, for a goods or services payment. Cross-border payments carry an extra percentage and a currency conversion spread, so factor it into your price rather than surcharging.
No. The builder only formats your public PayPal.me link. Nothing connects to PayPal.
