About the School Fee Invoice Generator

A school fee invoice is read by a parent who is paying a large amount at a fixed point in the year, and it has to be unambiguous about three things: what the fee covers, what is extra, and when each part is due. Every fee dispute a bursar has ever had comes from one of those being unclear.

This builder separates them. Tuition goes in as the fee for a named term or year; registration, examination entries, trips, meals, transport, uniform and extracurricular activities go in as their own lines. Bursaries, scholarships and sibling discounts appear as visible deductions rather than as a quietly reduced fee — which parents overwhelmingly prefer, because it shows what the award is worth.

Deposits already held are deducted, and the notes field carries the instalment dates and the late-payment terms, which for a school is usually a governors’ policy rather than a commercial decision.
