About the Invoice PDF to Excel

A folder of PDF invoices is a folder nobody can add up. Getting them into a spreadsheet is the difference between a supplier spend question taking ten seconds and taking an afternoon of opening files.

Drop one PDF or fifty. Each is read through its text layer — exact, not guessed — and parsed into fields, then written into a real .xlsx workbook. Choose a row per invoice, which is what you want for a payment run or a spend summary, or a row per line item, which is what you want for coding and analysis.

The workbook is a genuine Excel file: frozen header, autofilter, columns sized to the content and numbers stored as numbers so your formulas work. Scanned PDFs with no text layer are read with OCR instead, and flagged as such. Nothing is uploaded.
