Construction Invoice Generator
Application-style invoicing with measured work, variations and retention.
Parse an invoice into structured fields and see exactly how each one was found.
Or drop an invoice PDF, scan or photo here
The Invoice Parser turns invoice text, PDFs and scans into structured fields without templates, and shows for every field the value, the line it came from and the label that identified it — including what it inferred and what it could not find.
An invoice parser is only useful if you can see why it decided what it decided. A black box that returns a total is fine until the total is wrong, and then it is worse than nothing — because you cannot tell which invoices to check.
This one shows its working. Every field is listed with the value it found, the line it came from and the label that identified it. Where a field was inferred rather than labelled — a total taken as the largest figure on the page, a date order deduced from the other dates — it says so. Where nothing was found, the candidates it considered are listed.
It reads pasted text, PDFs and scans, in any layout, without templates: no per-supplier setup, no training, no rules to maintain. That makes it weaker than a template on one supplier you invoice a thousand times, and far stronger on the long tail nobody sets up templates for. It runs entirely in your browser.
No per-supplier setup or training.
The line and label behind every value.
Inferred values are never presented as read.
Labels in seven, figures by shape.
Runs in your browser.
Text, PDF, scan or photo.
Each shows its value, its line and its label.
Anything not labelled is marked as a guess.
As JSON, for whatever comes next.
No. It reads labels and layout, so a supplier you have never seen works the same as one you invoice weekly.
How many of the fields that matter — number, date, total — were found with a label rather than guessed. It is not a probability, and it is deliberately blunt.
The labels are recognised in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese, plus the common abbreviations. Amounts and dates are read by shape, so they work more widely.
No — parsing happens in your browser.
