Invoice ABN Validator
Check Australian ABNs and ACNs on invoices — the real checksum, in bulk.
Check a billing address is complete and correctly formed for its country, before it is invoiced.
The Invoice Billing Address Validator checks that a billing address is complete and correctly formed for its country — postcode format, enough lines, the country line on cross-border invoices — and warns about PO boxes and care-of addresses.
A billing address on an invoice does three jobs: it identifies the legal entity being charged, it decides the tax treatment on a cross-border sale, and it is where a paper invoice or a chaser actually goes. An address missing its postcode or its country fails at least one of them.
Paste an address and choose the country. This checks what a postal service and a tax inspector both look for: enough lines to be a real address, a postcode in that country’s format — a UK outward and inward code, a Dutch four digits and two letters, an Irish Eircode, a six-digit Indian PIN — and a country line on anything crossing a border.
It also flags the things that cause trouble later: a PO box where a registered office is required, a care-of address, a postcode that belongs to a different country from the one selected. It is a format check rather than a delivery check — no address database is consulted, because nothing is uploaded.

No. That needs a postal address database, which would mean sending the address to a server. This checks that the address is complete and correctly formed for its country.
Because on a cross-border invoice it determines the VAT treatment, and because the destination country’s postal service reads it first.
For a delivery address often yes; as a registered office in most countries no, and some customers will not pay an invoice without a street address.
