About the Invoice Merger

A client who is billed weekly would rather have one invoice a month. A supplier sends four invoices for one project and your system wants a single entry. Either way the job is the same: take several invoices and make one document without losing a line.

Drop or paste the invoices — JSON, UBL, CII, XML, CSV or PDFs — and this combines them. As a consolidated invoice, every line item is carried across with its source invoice number beside it, the tax is regrouped by rate, and the totals are recalculated from the lines rather than added up from the other totals, which is what stops rounding drifting.

Or combine them as data: one CSV or JSON holding every invoice, for import or analysis. Mixed currencies are refused rather than quietly added together, because an invoice that adds euros to pounds is worse than no invoice at all.
