About the Invoice in SAR

Saudi Arabia has the strictest invoicing regime of any market in this list. VAT is 15%, and since the introduction of the Fatoora e-invoicing programme a tax invoice must be issued electronically, must carry Arabic as well as any other language, and must include a QR code encoding the seller’s name, VAT number, timestamp, total and VAT amount in a defined TLV structure.

That QR requirement is why a generic invoice template is not enough for a Saudi supply. This builder produces a compliant-looking document with all the required fields and a QR code, but the integration phase of Fatoora requires invoices to be cleared or reported through ZATCA’s own platform, and no browser tool can do that for you — nor should it, since it would mean sending your invoices to a third party.

Payment is by local transfer to a 24-character IBAN beginning SA, and terms are conventionally short.
