About the Invoice Cancellation Stamp Generator

A CANCELLED stamp is the visible half of cancelling an invoice properly. The credit note does the accounting; the stamp makes sure anyone holding a copy of the original knows not to pay it.

This produces the stamp two ways. Drop an existing PDF invoice and the stamp is drawn onto every page — or just the first — at the angle, colour and opacity you set, with an optional date and note underneath such as a payment reference or the reason. Or build the invoice here and the stamp prints across the preview, the PDF and the HTML download.

It also produces the stamp on its own as a transparent PNG or an SVG, in a rubber-stamp style with a double border, for use in any other document. Everything happens in your browser: the PDF is opened and stamped on your machine and is never uploaded.
