About the Invoice PNG to PDF
A screenshot of an invoice is a PNG, and a PNG is not something you can file, sign or attach to an expense claim. Most systems want a PDF, and several screenshots want to be one PDF rather than six.
Drop the PNGs, order them, and this writes a single PDF with one image per page, each fitted to the page with its proportions kept. PNG transparency is flattened onto white first, which is what stops a screenshot with a transparent background printing as a black rectangle.
Page size, orientation and margins are yours to choose. It all happens in your browser — the images are never uploaded, which matters when the screenshot is of somebody’s bank details.
