The Solid Color Image Generator produces a flat image in any colour and size, in any format including a fully transparent PNG. Colours are accepted as HEX, RGB, HSL or a CSS name, and a batch mode turns a pasted palette into a folder of swatches in one step.
A flat image in a specific colour turns out to be needed surprisingly often: as a background where CSS is not available, as a spacer in an email template, as a colour reference for a printer, or as a placeholder while a real image loads.
Type a colour in any format — HEX, RGB, HSL or a CSS colour name — set the dimensions, and take the file. A batch mode produces one image per colour in a list, which is how a whole brand palette becomes a folder of swatches in one step. Transparent PNGs of any size are available too, which is the other thing this gets used for.
HEX, rgb(), hsl() and CSS colour names are all accepted, so you paste whatever you already have.
A 1 by 1 PNG under 100 bytes, which is the classic trick for a stretched background or a spacer.
Set the opacity to zero for a fully transparent PNG of any size.
Paste a list of colours and each becomes its own file inside a ZIP named after it.
PNG for transparency, JPEG for the smallest file, WebP for both at once.
HEX, RGB, HSL or a CSS name — all are accepted.
Anything from a 1 by 1 pixel spacer to a full-resolution background.

Take one file, or paste a list of colours and get a ZIP.

Yes. Set the opacity to zero and save as PNG or WebP for a fully transparent file of any size.
HEX with three or six digits, rgb() and rgba(), hsl(), and the CSS colour names. All are converted to the same value internally.
Yes — paste a list of colours, one per line, and each becomes its own image inside a single ZIP named by the colour.
