HTML Invoice Template
A self-contained HTML invoice you can edit, style and print — or put in your own app.
Design a reusable invoice template and download it as a blank you can fill in each time.
Keeps everything that never changes — your details, branding, columns, tax settings, terms and footer — and clears the client, the dates and the item lines. The HTML file is self-contained: it opens and prints on any machine, years from now, with nothing from this site needed to make it work.
The Invoice Template Generator builds a reusable blank: your layout, logo, colours, columns, terms and tax settings baked in, with the client and item fields left empty, downloadable as a self-contained HTML file that works offline forever.
Most people do not need a new invoice each time — they need one template that already has their branding, their terms, their tax settings and their columns, ready to fill in. That is what this builds.
Set up the document once: choose one of seven layouts, add a logo and accent colour, decide which item columns you want, write your standing terms and footer, and set your currency and tax treatment. Then download it as a self-contained HTML file with the client and item fields left blank.
The downloaded file is a single page that opens in any browser on any machine, years from now, with no dependency on this site. Print it and fill it in by hand, or open it here again and type into it. There is also a JSON export, which is the template as data — the right thing to keep if you want to feed it to something else later.
One file, styles inside, opens in any browser years later.
Each differs in structure, not just colour.
SKU, unit, discount, tax rate, HS code and the detail line.
Your footer, terms and tax note travel with the template.
The template as data, if you want to feed it to something else.
Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Compact, Statement or Receipt. Each changes the structure, not just the colour.
Logo, business details, tax numbers, footer and standing terms — everything that never changes.
SKU, unit, line discount, tax rate, HS code and the detail line under each item.
Client, items and dates are what you fill in each time.
HTML to print or reuse, or JSON to keep the template as data.
A single self-contained HTML file with the styles inside it. It opens in any browser, prints correctly, and needs nothing from this site to work.
Word opens an HTML file directly and keeps the layout reasonably well. For a spreadsheet, use the Excel invoice template tool instead, which builds a calculating workbook.
As many as you like. Each is just a file on your own machine, and there is no account or limit.
The invoice number, dates, client details and item lines. Everything else — your details, terms, tax settings, columns and branding — should already be filled in.
