About the HTML to PDF Converter

HTML to PDF means one of two things. Either you want the page exactly as a browser draws it — in which case printing to PDF from the browser is the right answer, because that is the same engine — or you want the content as a clean document, without the navigation, the cookie banner and the sidebar.

This does the second. Paste HTML and its structure becomes a document: headings at the right sizes, bulleted and numbered lists, block quotes, code blocks in a monospaced face, horizontal rules, and tables laid out with borders, repeating headers and proper page breaks. Scripts, styles and navigation are dropped. Choose the page size, typeface, text size and orientation, and the whole thing is built in your browser.

No — it reproduces the content, not the CSS. If you need the page exactly as it looks, print it to PDF from your browser; that uses the browser’s own layout engine.
