Bill in New Zealand dollars with 15% GST and an IRD number.
The NZD builder sets GST at 15% — one rate, almost no exceptions — shows the GST number a customer needs, takes a sixteen-digit New Zealand account number, and flags the long "20th of the following month" terms still common there.
New Zealand GST is 15% and applies to almost everything, which makes it one of the simplest consumption taxes anywhere — there is no reduced rate and very little is exempt. Registration is compulsory above the turnover threshold, and only a registered business may charge GST or issue a tax invoice.
The rules on what a tax invoice must show were modernised in 2023: the requirement is now for "taxable supply information" rather than a prescribed document, but in practice the same details are needed — your name and GST number, the date, a description, and either the GST amount or a statement that the price includes it.
A New Zealand bank account number is sixteen digits in a bank-branch-account-suffix form, and domestic transfers are same-day or next-day. From abroad, a payer needs the SWIFT code instead. Terms of 20th of the following month are still common in New Zealand, which is materially longer than Net 30 and worth pricing for.
Almost everything is taxed, which makes it the simplest GST anywhere.

Fifteen per cent, applying to almost all goods and services. Exports, the sale of a going concern and certain land transactions are zero-rated; financial services and residential rent are exempt.
Since April 2023 the requirement is for taxable supply information: the supplier’s name and GST number, the date, a description of the supply, the amount, and the GST charged or a statement that the price includes GST. Above a threshold the recipient’s details are also needed.
Payment is due on the 20th of the month after the invoice date, so an invoice on 2 March is paid on 20 April — 49 days. It is a long-standing New Zealand convention and materially longer than Net 30.
The Inland Revenue identifier for a person or entity. For a GST-registered business it also serves as the GST number that appears on tax invoices.
