About the Follow-Up Email Generator

Most replies come from a follow-up rather than the first email, yet the follow-up is usually the weakest thing in the thread: "just checking in", sent three times, adding nothing each time.

Say what the first contact was about, who you are chasing, which follow-up this is and how firm you want to sound, and Instant mode writes two complete emails. Each one gives the recipient something new — a reason, a shortcut, or an easy way to say no — rather than just repeating the original ask.

Instant mode is a local script with no network call. AI mode is optional, sends only the fields above, and fires on a Generate click.

Frequently asked questions

Three to four working days after the first email is the common rule, then roughly a week between later ones. Same-day chasing reads as pressure; three weeks later reads as an afterthought.
