About the Promotional Email Generator

A promotional email has about two seconds to make its offer understood. The ones that underperform usually bury the deal under a paragraph of brand voice, or never say plainly when it ends.

Enter the product, the offer, who it is for and a tone, and Instant mode writes two complete emails: a subject line that contains the actual offer, an opening that states it again in plain terms, a short reason to care, the deadline, and a single button-ready call to action.

Instant mode is entirely local — nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. AI mode is optional, sends only the fields you typed, and runs on a Generate click.

Key features of the Promotional Email Generator

Instant, no network

The default mode builds emails from templates entirely in your browser.

Optional AI mode

Switch it on for emails written fresh by a language model.

Offer in the subject line

The actual saving appears where it earns the open, not three paragraphs down.

Single call to action

One action per email, repeated at most twice, which is what protects click-through.

Deadline placeholder

A clearly marked end-date line, so you cannot forget to add the real one.

How to use the Promotional Email Generator

  1. 1

    Enter the product

What is on offer — a product, a range, a service or a plan.

  2. 2

    State the offer

The actual deal: a percentage, an amount, a free extra, a bundle.

  3. 3

    Add the audience

Who is receiving it — existing customers and cold subscribers need different framing.

  4. 4

    Add a real deadline

Replace the placeholder end date with the true one before sending.

Frequently asked questions

Short. Around 100 to 150 words of copy plus one call to action is typical for a well-performing offer email — everything else belongs on the landing page.
