Find Text shows every occurrence of a word, phrase or regular expression at once — highlighted in the full text and listed individually with line numbers and surrounding context. Several terms can run together, each in its own colour.
Browser find gives you a count and lets you step through matches one at a time. That is fine for a page and useless for a document where you want to see all the matches at once, in context, with the line numbers they appear on.
This finds every occurrence of a word, a phrase or a regular expression and shows them all together: highlighted in the full text, and listed individually with their line number and the words around them. Matching can be case-sensitive, whole-word only, or a full regular expression with capture groups. Several search terms can be run at once, each highlighted in its own colour, which is how you compare where two terms appear in a document.

Yes. Put one term per line and each is highlighted in its own colour with its own count, which makes it easy to see how two terms are distributed through a document.
It requires a word boundary at each end, so searching for "art" finds the standalone word but not "start", "party" or "artist". It is the difference between 3 matches and 30 in a typical document.
