About the Email Spam Checker

Spam filters do not read an email the way a person does. They weigh signals — trigger words, the ratio of shouting capitals, exclamation marks, how much link there is compared to text — and a marketing email that leans on all of them at once can land in a junk folder no matter how good the offer is.

Paste your subject line and body, and this tool checks them against a built-in list of well-known trigger words, measures the capitals and punctuation ratios, counts links against word count, and looks for the classic image-heavy-with-no-text pattern.

Every finding names the actual word or the actual number and says what to do about it, so you get "the word FREE in capitals is a common filter trigger — try free in sentence case" rather than an unexplained score out of ten.

Frequently asked questions

No, and any tool claiming otherwise is overselling. Content is only part of deliverability — sender reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene and past engagement all matter as much or more. This checks the content half, which is the part you can fix in the draft.
