Turn weighted lead attributes into a 0-100 score and a verdict.
Rate each attribute out of 10 and give it a weight. The weights are relative — they do not need to add up to anything in particular.
Lead score
—
The Lead Scoring Calculator turns six weighted fit and engagement attributes into a single score out of 100, with a qualified, nurture or disqualify verdict against thresholds you set.
Lead scoring stops sales chasing everyone equally. It combines how well a lead fits your ideal customer with how much interest they have actually shown, and turns the two into one number a rep can act on without reading the whole record.
Rate a lead on six attributes — company size fit, budget, decision-making authority, website engagement, email engagement and how recently they were active — then set how much each one matters. The calculator produces a weighted score out of 100 rather than a raw total, so the weights genuinely change the answer.
Set your own qualified and nurture thresholds, and the result is labelled accordingly, with the weighted contribution of every attribute listed so you can see exactly what pushed the score up or down.
Weight whichever attributes actually predict a close in your business.
The score is normalised by total weight, so any weights work.
Set where qualified and nurture begin for your own funnel.

Out of 100, with every attribute’s contribution shown.
Score = (Sum of each attribute rating × its weight) ÷ (10 × Sum of all weights) × 100. Dividing by the total weight means the result is always out of 100 no matter what weights you choose.
There is no universal number — it depends on how your attributes are weighted and how much capacity sales has. Many teams start around 70, then move the line based on which scores actually closed over the following quarter.
Both, and most models keep them separate for a reason: a perfect-fit lead with no engagement needs marketing, while a highly engaged poor-fit lead usually will not close. Weighting them equally is a reasonable starting point.
Yes. It is a standalone calculator for scoring leads one at a time or for prototyping a model before you build it into a CRM.
