About the Cold Email Generator

Cold email fails for predictable reasons: it is too long, it talks about the sender, and it asks for a 30-minute call from someone who has never heard of you. The fix is structural, not stylistic.

Describe what you offer, who you are writing to and the problem they have, and Instant mode writes two complete emails — subject line, opening that is about them, one sentence of proof, and a single low-friction ask. Both stay under roughly 150 words, which is about where reply rates stop falling.

Instant mode runs in your browser and sends nothing. AI mode is optional, passes only the fields you typed to a language model, and only when you click Generate.

Key features of the Cold Email Generator

Instant, no network

The default mode builds emails from templates entirely in your browser.

Optional AI mode

Switch it on for emails written fresh by a language model.

Under 150 words

Both emails stay short enough to read on one phone screen.

One ask per email

Each closes with a single low-friction question rather than a diary request.

Four tones

Direct, friendly, consultative and brief each change the opening and the ask.

How to use the Cold Email Generator

  1. 1

    Describe what you offer

The service or product, in the plainest possible words.

  2. 2

    Say who you are emailing

Their role or company type — this is what the opening line is built from.

  3. 3

    Name the problem

The specific thing they are dealing with that you can fix.

  4. 4

    Edit before sending

Add one real, specific detail about their business. That line is what makes it not feel cold.

Frequently asked questions

Under 150 words, ideally around 100. It should be readable in one phone screen without scrolling, because that is where most of them are opened.
