About the 12-Hour to 24-Hour Converter

Twenty-four-hour time is what timetables, rosters, logs, spreadsheets, databases and most of the world use, because it never needs AM or PM and sorts correctly. Converting from the 12-hour clock is easy except for the two cases everyone hesitates over: 12 AM is midnight, 00:00, and 12 PM is noon, 12:00.

Paste a single time, a column of them, or a whole paragraph. Each line that is a time is converted, and times written inside sentences — "from 10:30 AM to 2 PM" — are converted in place without touching the words around them. It reads AM, am, a.m. and noon or midnight, keeps seconds when they are given, and can write military time without a colon. A full 24-row reference chart sits underneath.
