JSON to Rust Struct
Generate serde-ready Rust structs from a sample JSON document.
Generate complete fake user profiles for seeding and design work.
The Random User Generator produces whole fictional user records rather than isolated fields — name, username, email, phone, address and date of birth, all belonging to the same invented person.
Generates whole user records rather than isolated fields, which is what makes them usable for seeding a database or filling a design. The name, username, email, phone number, address and date of birth all belong to the same fictional person.
The consistency is the point. A record where the email is unrelated to the name looks wrong in a screenshot and hides the bugs a realistic one would find — a long surname that overflows a column, an address that wraps to three lines, an age calculated from a date of birth that crosses a birthday. Locale affects the address, postcode and phone format together, so a UK user has a UK postcode and a UK phone number.
Username and email derive from the name, and the phone and postcode from the same country — so a screenshot does not look assembled.
The age is calculated from the date of birth, which catches the off-by-one bug that only appears around a birthday.
Nothing here belongs to a real person, so a demo or a bug report needs no redaction.
Include only the columns your schema actually has, so the output pastes in directly.
Drawn from the browser’s secure source, so two runs never produce the same set.
From one profile to several hundred.
Address, postcode and phone format follow it consistently.
Include only what your schema actually has.
JSON, CSV or SQL inserts, ready to seed.
Yes. The email and username derive from the name, and the city, region, postcode and phone format all come from the same country — so a record reads as one person.
Yes, and that is a good reason to use generated data rather than real records. Nothing here corresponds to a real person, so nothing needs redacting.
No, because that would mean fetching images from somewhere. The Avatar Initials Generator here builds one from the name locally instead.
Several hundred comfortably. Beyond that the page slows down, and you would usually be better seeding in a loop on the server anyway.
