Invoice Image to Text turns a photo, screenshot or scan of an invoice or receipt into text you can copy, search and paste, using OCR that runs in your browser with the image enhanced first.
Somebody photographs an invoice and sends it to you. It is an image: you cannot copy the account number out of it, you cannot search it, and you certainly cannot paste it into a spreadsheet. Retyping a receipt taken at an angle in a badly lit kitchen is a small, daily misery.
Drop the photo or paste a screenshot straight from the clipboard, and the text comes back — cleaned up, with the line breaks the page had, ready to copy. The image is straightened up by contrast before reading, which is what makes a phone photo readable at all.
It is the same engine as the Invoice OCR tool with a simpler job: text out, nothing else. It runs in your browser, so the photo of your bank details is not uploaded anywhere.
A screenshot from the clipboard works.
Contrast fixes the usual phone-photo problem.
Line breaks follow the page.
Over a hundred language packs.
The image never leaves your browser.

The language of the invoice, not of your system.
Or download it as a .txt file.
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP. Large images are scaled down before reading, which is faster and usually more accurate.
Yes — copy the image and paste it onto the page, or drop the file.
OCR guesses from shapes, and on a low-resolution photo 0 and O, 1 and l, 3 and 8 look alike. Check any figure that matters, especially bank details.
Yes, with no account and no limit, because the work happens on your machine rather than on a server somebody pays for.
