Give international clients local account details through Wise, so they pay like a local.
The Invoice Generator with Wise sets the payment block up for local receiving details — US ACH, UK sort code, euro IBAN — chosen by the invoice currency, so an overseas client pays a cheap domestic transfer instead of an international wire.
The expensive part of being paid from abroad is usually not the fee — it is the wire. An American client paying a UK freelancer by international wire pays their bank a fee, loses money on the exchange rate, and the intermediary banks take a slice before it arrives. Wise account details remove all of that.
A Wise account gives you local receiving details in several currencies: a US routing and account number for ACH, a UK sort code and account number, a euro IBAN, and others. Put the right one on the invoice and your overseas client pays a cheap, fast domestic transfer in their own country, which is far more likely to happen on time.
This builder sets the payment block up for that: the currency of the invoice decides which local details are shown, with the right field labels for that country’s transfers. It does not connect to Wise — you copy the details from your Wise account once, and they are saved with your draft.

So they do not send an international wire by habit.
They let an overseas client pay a domestic transfer in their own country — ACH in the US, Faster Payments in the UK, SEPA in Europe — instead of an international wire. It is cheaper for them, faster for you, and avoids intermediary bank deductions.
Wise is a regulated electronic money institution rather than a bank. For receiving invoice payments it behaves like a local account, but the protections differ from a bank deposit, so do not leave large balances there long term.
No. They pay the local details from their own bank like any other domestic payee.
No. Copy the details from your Wise account once; they are saved with your draft in this browser.
