Pull the total, subtotal, tax and every other amount out of an invoice.
Drop invoice PDFs, scans or photos here — several at once
The Invoice Amount Extractor pulls invoice amounts out of invoice PDFs, scans, photos and pasted text in bulk, showing the line and the label each value came from, and marking anything it inferred rather than read — all in your browser.
The figure everyone wants off an invoice is the total, and it is the figure most often read wrongly — because a page is covered in numbers and only one of them is the amount due.
Labelled amounts are read from their labels: total, subtotal, tax, discount, shipping, paid, balance due. Every other figure is listed separately so nothing is hidden, and the currency is detected from the symbols and codes on the page.
Drop a PDF, a scan or a photo, or paste the text — several files at once if you have them. Every match is listed with the line it came from, so a value you did not expect can be traced back to the page in a second. Results copy as a list or download as CSV, one row per invoice, ready for a spreadsheet.
Scanned files are read with OCR in your browser and marked as guesses with a confidence figure. Nothing is uploaded: the PDF reader and the OCR engine run on your machine.
The way a person does, in several languages.
The line every value came from.
Many files at once, one row each.
Inferred values are never presented as certain.
OCR and parsing run on your machine.
PDFs, scans or photos — or paste the text.
Each shows its value and the line it came from.
Anything inferred rather than labelled is marked.
As a plain list or as CSV.
Yes. Drop as many files as you like and each is read in turn, with one row per file in the results.
Usually an unusual label, or a scan whose OCR went wrong. The report lists what it did find nearby, which normally makes the reason obvious.
Yes, through OCR in your browser, with a confidence figure. A PDF with a text layer is read exactly and is always better where you have the choice.
No. Every file is read on your machine.
