About the Wholesale Invoice Generator
Wholesale invoicing is retail invoicing with three differences that matter: the quantities are cases rather than units, the prices are trade prices that must never be seen by a retail customer, and payment is on account rather than at the till.
This builder is set up for that. The unit column carries cases, cartons, pallets and dozens; the SKU column carries your trade codes; a per-line discount column handles the volume breaks that a wholesale price list is built on. The customer account number and their order reference sit beside the invoice number, because a wholesale customer’s accounts department matches on those, not on your invoice number alone.
Terms default to Net 30 with an early-settlement clause available, which is how most trade accounts actually run. The CSV export carries every SKU, quantity and price, so an invoice reconciles against a picking list or imports into a stock system without retyping.

Frequently asked questions
Show both: the case as the quantity and unit, and the case price as the unit price, with the units per case in the description. A retailer needs the case price to pay you and the unit cost to set their own margin.
As a per-line discount percentage, so the list price and the break are both visible. Quietly reducing the unit price hides the concession and makes the next negotiation start from the lower number.
Net 30 is the most common, with Net 60 for large accounts and pro-forma for new ones. A 2/10 Net 30 settlement discount is still widely used in food and FMCG.
Not on the invoice itself, but stating it in your terms block avoids the argument when a small order arrives. Put it in the terms and conditions field.
