Service Invoice Generator
Invoice for work done over a period, with service dates on every line.
Check the email addresses you send invoices to — syntax, typos and throwaway domains.
The Invoice Email Validator checks billing email addresses in bulk the way a mail server would — local part, domain, length limits — then flags likely domain typos, disposable domains and role addresses.
An invoice sent to a mistyped address does not bounce loudly enough. It sits unpaid, the reminder goes to the same wrong address, and the first anyone notices is a month later when the customer says they never received it.
Paste your billing addresses — one per line or a column from a spreadsheet — and each is checked the way a mail server would: the shape of the part before the @, the length limits that actually apply, the domain and its ending. Then the practical checks: domains one keystroke away from a common one, such as gmial.com or hotmial.com; throwaway domains; and role addresses.
A role address is worth knowing about rather than avoiding — accounts@ or ap@ is usually the right place to send an invoice, and a personal address is the one that goes quiet when somebody leaves. Nothing is sent anywhere, so this cannot confirm a mailbox exists; only sending to it does.
The shape real mail servers accept.
gmial.com, hotmial.com and their neighbours.
Throwaway mailboxes flagged.
accounts@ and ap@ are usually right for invoices.

One per line, or a column from your accounts system.
Each says which part a mail server would reject.
Likely typos, disposable domains and role addresses.
As CSV, to fix the list at source.
No. That requires contacting the mail server, and nothing here leaves your browser. It catches addresses that cannot work and the ones that look like typos.
Usually, for invoices. A shared billing address survives holidays and leavers; send to both if you can.
Throwaway mailbox services such as mailinator.com. An invoice sent to one will almost certainly never be read.
Because the part before the @ cannot start, end, or contain two consecutive dots. Most mail servers reject it outright.
