Invoice XML Formatter
Format or minify invoice XML — UBL and CII included — with comments kept.
Convert invoice PDFs into a real Excel workbook — fields, line items, or both.
Drop invoice PDFs here — several at once
Invoice PDF to Excel reads invoice PDFs through their text layer, parses the fields and line items, and writes a real .xlsx workbook with a frozen header, autofilter and numbers stored as numbers — a row per invoice or per line.
A folder of PDF invoices is a folder nobody can add up. Getting them into a spreadsheet is the difference between a supplier spend question taking ten seconds and taking an afternoon of opening files.
Drop one PDF or fifty. Each is read through its text layer — exact, not guessed — and parsed into fields, then written into a real .xlsx workbook. Choose a row per invoice, which is what you want for a payment run or a spend summary, or a row per line item, which is what you want for coding and analysis.
The workbook is a genuine Excel file: frozen header, autofilter, columns sized to the content and numbers stored as numbers so your formulas work. Scanned PDFs with no text layer are read with OCR instead, and flagged as such. Nothing is uploaded.
The PDF text layer, not OCR, where there is one.

The exact rows, before downloading.
A real .xlsx that opens anywhere.
Yes, through OCR, which is slower and is a guess. A PDF exported from accounting software has a text layer and is read exactly.
Yes, a proper .xlsx written in the browser — not a CSV with the extension changed.
As many as your machine will hold. Text PDFs are fast; scans take a few seconds a page.
No. The PDFs and the workbook stay on your machine.
