Invoice Currency Converter
Convert an invoice at the rate your contract or your bank actually used.
An invoice laid out for paper — correct margins, page size and a black-and-white template.
The Printable Invoice Generator lays an invoice out on a real sheet — A4, Letter or A5 with proper millimetre margins, clean page breaks and a totals block that never splits — and prints the sheet itself rather than the web page around it.
Printing a web page usually produces something with a browser header, a cut-off table and a colour scheme that vanishes on a mono laser printer. An invoice cannot afford any of that, because the printed copy is the one that ends up in a file, gets posted, or goes into a document wallet on a pallet.
This builder works on a real sheet. The preview is the page: proper A4, US Letter or A5 dimensions, print margins set in millimetres, and page breaks handled so a long item list continues cleanly and the totals never split across pages. Printing goes straight from the preview, with no browser furniture in the output.
The Minimal template is designed for exactly this — hairlines and type only, no colour blocks, so it reads identically on a colour inkjet and a twenty-year-old office laser. The Receipt template prints to an 80mm till roll.
A4, US Letter or A5 at true size, with print margins in millimetres.
The sheet prints, not the page around it.
Long lists continue properly and the totals block stays whole.
Minimal uses hairlines and type only, so it reads on any laser printer.
The Receipt template prints to an 80mm thermal roll.
A4, US Letter or A5. The preview changes to that exact sheet size.
Minimal and Classic both read correctly in black and white.
Scroll the preview. A long item list flows onto a second sheet with the totals kept whole.
The print button prints the sheet itself, with no browser header or footer.
That is the browser adding headers and footers to the page it thinks it is printing. Printing from this tool prints the invoice sheet itself, and you can also switch headers and footers off in the print dialog’s options.
About 10 to 15mm on A4. Enough that nothing is clipped by a printer’s unprintable edge, and enough to punch or staple without going through text.
The Minimal template is built for it — no colour fills, no reversed-out text. The others print in colour and degrade reasonably, but Minimal is the safe choice for a mono printer.
Yes. Choose the Receipt template, which lays the document out for an 80mm roll with dashed rules and a centred header.
